It has been a very pleasant experience doing business with CAPOR. From inquiring an initial quote to completing the job in record time, Derrick and his team (Houyi, Christian, and other workers) understood the specific requirement of fixing my damaged roof and provided exceptional recommendations, good products and high quality of work. Christian and his crew even removed my yard waste when they swept for nails and cleaned up the garbage from my property on the last day. The entire roof was completely replaced in only three days. I got my roof, front  door, two windows, and my garage door capping installed by C. A.P O.R. The jobs on the two different occasions were done properly, and the  crews were respectful and polite. Up to now, I haven't experienced any issues from past and recent work.

Derek and his team were exceptional!
The guys were some of the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. They were punctual, quiet, and they always cleaned up after them selves.
Neighbours even were complementing how great of job they did.

From the moment we reached out to CAPOR, we received amazing service. They were timely in coming to see our issue, quickly provided a quote in, and came to complete the work as soon as materials arrived - all within a couple of weeks. Derrick was so great at explaining the work his teams needed to do, so we were comfortable with what we were agreeing to.  The crews that arrived to fix our roof & siding were polite, efficient, and tidied up like they weren’t even here at all. We were so impressed with the value and quality of the work for the price, especially compared to other vendor quotes we had received. We are so relieved to have our issue repaired!!

We used CAPOR Renovations to replace a shingled roof and they exceeded our expectations. Their price was competitive, the service is top notch, and the after-service (if you have any concerns) is responsive and prompt. Derrick (owner) is professional, kind, fair, and it’s obvious they value their customers based on how I was treated. Of seven quotes, Derrick stood out due to how knowledgeable and organized he was. All of his current insurance, BBB good rating, worker’s comp paperwork, manufacturer’s warranty and brochures were all in order for inspection at the very first meeting. He educated me on his product and why they trust it. Denish is the on-site supervisor and he too is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in roofing. Denish is professional and a pleasure to work with. He ensures the job is done well and follows up to ensure you’re satisfied. This business is transparent and you can see exactly what you’re being charged for. I felt very comfortable trusting them with my roof job. Afterwards, they thoroughly swept the property with a magnet roller to ensure loose nails and debris were cleaned up and did not pose a hazard for my family. I felt that the friendly and hard-working crew treated my property and neighbouring properties with care and respect. Afterwards, I had a concern about part of the roof and Derrick returned promptly to install an additional vent to improve ventilation. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting quality installation and materials by an experienced local company who stands behind their work years after the job is done. They have a loyal clientele and believe in taking care of their customers. They have been in business for many, many years and I can see why.Keep up the good work, CAPOR!
